With 20 years of experience in the payment industry, Martin has witnessed firsthand the exponential growth of this sector on a global scale. From pioneer businesses that survived the dotcom bubble to those that became leaders in the industry, he has had a front row seat as electronic payments have become standard business practice. Under his leadership, PayFacto was founded through the merger of three companies and later acquired Veloce and Posera, two leading providers of point of sale systems for the hospitality industry. Martin is proud to have played a key role in the growth of the payment industry and to lead one of its major players, based in Quebec. More than anything, though, he is proud to have built an amazing team at PayFacto.

From high growth technology startups to large units of Global 500 manufacturing conglomerates, he has led different businesses through rapid growth and large-scale transformations / turnarounds, driving sustained organizational, commercial, operational and financial impact. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Frederic is accountable to drive all aspects of PayFacto growth journey. He is passionate about the team and always up for a challenge.

Denis is a serial entrepreneur possessing an in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in innovative payment solutions. As CEO of CT Payment Inc. from 2012 to 2017, he restructured the organization, transforming it into the largest independent payment processor in Canada, while establishing a presence in the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. Denis leads business development for the Payments division of PayFacto in both Canada and the US, including managing sales, distribution partnerships, and strategic relationships. He also serves on the advisory committee of Interac.

Stéphane has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including most recently as CFO of GOLO. He spent more than 10 years at Paysafe Group, leading its finance and control group and overseeing several significant acquisitions. As CFO, Stéphane leads all aspects of finance and control at PayFacto, and plays a leading role in the development of PayFacto’s strategic plan, as the company embarks on a path of ambitious growth.

Karen's strength lies in seamlessly blending innovative solutions with existing processes while continuously enhancing the company's product suite. With a practical mindset, Karen develops strategies to drive profitable growth and improve the overall customer experience. Her product roadmaps ensure PayFacto remains competitive by delivering payment and POS solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses.

Danny’s career in the restaurant industry began in 1990, working in his family’s restaurant. Danny and his brother realized that there was an opportunity to streamline operations with information technology. They founded Veloce in 1995 and their POS software quickly gained popularity, reaching more than 1,000 customers within five years of launch, growing to over 5,000 merchants, as a leading brand in the Quebec market. Danny leads business development for the POS business in Canada including managing sales and the reseller partnerships in PayFacto’s largest market.

Her background spans building high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth by leveraging her in-depth knowledge of payment facilitation, ISV channels, and indirect distribution models. Previously at Paysafe Group as SVP, she increased annual ISV channel revenue by 300% and secured major international ISV platform contracts. Today, she serves as PayFacto's Vice President of ISV Sales & Business Development, utilizing her sales acumen, relationship management, and leadership skills to drive impact and revenue growth.

Today, Nawar leverages this cross-functional background at PayFacto.
