Under his leadership, PayFacto was founded through the merger of three companies and later acquired Veloce and Posera, two leading providers of point of sale systems for the hospitality industry. Martin is proud to have played a key role in the growth of the payment industry and to lead one of its major players, based in Quebec. More than anything, though, he is proud to have built an amazing team at PayFacto.

Our story
Founded in 2018, PayFacto, resulting from the merger of B2Billing, CT-Payment, and Supreme Payments, quickly rose in the global payment solutions market.
In early 2020, PayFacto strategically acquired Posera Ltd. and Resto Finances Inc., adding the Maitre’D and Veloce point-of-sale software to its offerings, thereby strengthening its presence in restaurant technology.The acquisition of iShopFood Inc. in 2019 marked a further step for PayFacto, enriching its portfolio with advanced online ordering solutions. In 2023, the company bolstered its presence in Quebec by acquiring NEOPOS Inc., thus consolidating its service offering for restaurateurs.
These acquisitions have solidified PayFacto’s position as a leader in innovative payment solutions and restaurant technology, with Maitre’D and Veloce as its flagship products.
