Our Story

PayFacto was born from the merger of three leading payment processing companies. They joined forces to deliver innovative and strategic payment solutions to a wide range of industries and merchant types. Combining years of experience and achievements, B2Billing, CT-Payment and Supreme Payments have, since April 1st, 2018, been known as PayFacto, one of the largest independent payment processor in Canada.

In 2020, PayFacto acquired Posera and Resto Finances, and their respective flagship POS products Maitre’D and Veloce, both established and proven POSs with a global footprint. These acquisitions have allowed PayFacto to reinforce its leadership position, establish an expertise and focus in the hospitality industry, and continue its breakthrough in new markets.
