Working from our Nun’s Island office and reporting to the Executive Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, the Marketing Manager will work closely with our Product Managers in order to understand and effectively communicate our product offering as well as the value we create for our customers. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of our annual communication and marketing plan.

In your role you will be responsible for :

 

  • To provide expertise on trends and competitiveness;
  • To lead the communication material creation (such as the website and its related content, event messages, sales presentations, product data sheets, etc. in accordance with the intended audiences);
  • To plan and coordinate the elaboration of our corporate events, participation in trade shows and exhibitions as well as sponsorship and public relation initiatives;
  • To work with the sales team in order to inform and train them on how to communicate and present our product value.

 

Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Proficient in marketing, bilingual and detail oriented with 5+ years in technological product marketing or in B2B product marketing management positions;
  • Excellent technological product presentation and writing skills;
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing programs;
  • Successfully evolving in a dynamic and action-oriented environment;
  • Strong learning skills and easy approach adaptation to improve results;
  • You are perfectly bilingual English/French, both written and spoken.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Education or Certifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Marketing or any related discipline or professional experience;
  • Proficient in marketing, bilingual and detail oriented with 5+ years in technological product marketing or in B2B product marketing management positions;
  • Proven experience in terms of definition, positioning as well as anything related to the payment industry and merchant technological services;
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or payment technology/retail products, is a major asset.
