Working from our Nun’s Island office and reporting to the HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for the attraction and recruitment of candidates by developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies and insuring a successful integration of new hires.

In your role you will be responsible for :

• In collaboration with hiring managers, analyse the needs and define roles for recruitment purposes.
• Write the ideal candidate required competency profile and personality traits for new jobs.
• Define a recruitment strategy, both globally and for individual jobs.
• Do joint interviews with hiring managers and lead the soft skills and values assessment portion.
• Present job offers and finalise hires.
• Design, manage and deploy an effective integration program based on best practices in recruitment.
• In collaboration with marketing, design an employer branding strategy and develop the social network presence.
• Participate in the design and implementation of various programs: inclusion and diversity, talent development and other HR initiatives for professional development purposes.

Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years experience in recruitment, at least one of which in IT
• Command of both English and French, in verbal and written form
• A university degree in human resources will be considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills and team approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Good organisation skills
• Results driven
• Good command of the MS-Office suite and social network knowledge
• You are available to travel in the greater metropolitan area, the regions of Quebec City and occasionally Ontario.
